Jan Laskowski

Jan Laskowski was a Polish film director, screenwriter and cameraman. From 1957 to 1982 he worked on more than 35 productions. Most recently he appeared in 2010 in the documentary "Zylem 17 razy" as himself. He died on December 8th, 2014 in Warsaw. (Source: IMDb)
